Shining a light on Dark Matter
According to physicists, all the matter that is currently understood is not sufficient to explain how stars remain in galaxies. The matter that is missing is called dark matter and scientists have been diligently searching for it. Dark Matter Day is a global event celebrating that search for dark matter. Physics laboratories, universities, and communities plan local events that educate the public on that great mystery.
We designed and developed the new Dark Matter Day website to be a resource for these events. Arranged as a column of content blocks, the site is designed specifically with mobile users in mind. Each block of content draws the visitor to continue scrolling further and further down the site.
